Open Cities Full + Bravil Blood & Mud + Leyawiin Reborn.esp bik files that play and have set all oblivion obse and obmm executables to run as admin. I believe only mods that have more than esp and/or bsa are causing the crash. If I only have the official plugins it loads fine, Some but not all mods cause it to crash. Oblivion is crashing before it gets to the title screen.
